Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Venge Store ("Venge", "we", "us") and apply to every visit, account, order and license issued through venge.cc, store.venge.cc, our dashboard, and our Discord server and bot.

By creating an account, logging in with Discord, placing an order, redeeming a code, or using any product obtained from us, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the Store or our products.

Our Privacy Policy, refund terms, individual product pages and any product-specific licence notes are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where a product page states something more specific than these Terms, the product page prevails for that product.

Definitions

• Store — the Venge website, store front, dashboard, Discord server, Discord bot and any related platform operated by us.
• Customer / you — any natural or legal person who creates an account, places an order or uses a product.
• Product — any digital item we supply, including FiveM resources and scripts, Discord bots, configurations, files and related technical services.
• License — a limited right to use a Product under these Terms. A License does not transfer ownership of the Product or of any intellectual property in it.
• License Key — the unique key issued to you for a Product, validated by our license server.
• Bound IP — the server IP address to which a License Key is locked on first successful validation.
• Account — your Venge dashboard account, created and accessed through Discord authentication.

Official channels

All orders, support requests, complaints and notices must be sent through the official channels below. We are not responsible for messages sent through any other channel, and we will never contact you to request your password, payment card details or verification codes.

Eligibility

To buy from us you must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are acting on behalf of a company, community or server, you confirm you are authorised to bind it to these Terms.

You must provide accurate and current information and keep it up to date. You are solely responsible for any consequence of inaccurate, incomplete or outdated details — including delivery of a License to the wrong Discord account.

Accounts and Discord authentication

Access to the dashboard is provided through Discord authentication. We request only the permissions needed to identify you and to read your membership in our own server, which we use to verify your purchases and assign the correct product roles.

• You are responsible for all activity under your Account and for the security of the Discord account linked to it. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on Discord.
• Your Licenses and downloads are tied to your Discord identity. If you lose access to that Discord account, or delete it, you may permanently lose access to your Licenses.
• Leaving or being removed from our official Discord server may remove your product roles and your access to support and updates.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain extra Licenses, evade a suspension, or abuse promotions or redeem codes is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.
• We may suspend or delete an Account that contains false information, or that is used in breach of these Terms.

Nature of our Products

All Products are digital. Nothing physical is shipped. Products are delivered through your dashboard and, where applicable, through role assignment in our Discord server.

Products are built for specific platforms and frameworks. Before purchasing, it is your responsibility to confirm on the product page that the Product is compatible with your server build, framework and existing resources. A Product behaving differently on a heavily modified server is not a defect.

We supply each Product as described on its product page at the time of purchase. Features shown in screenshots, videos or previews are indicative; incidental visual differences do not constitute a mismatch.

Prices and payment

• Prices shown at checkout are the final prices payable, in the currency displayed, inclusive of any tax we are required to charge. Where we are not registered for VAT, no VAT is added; if that changes, displayed prices will state the tax applied.
• Payment is processed by third-party payment providers. We never receive or store your full card number, PIN or verification codes.
• We may change prices at any time. Changes apply to future orders only and never to an order already confirmed and paid.
• If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may suspend or revoke the related License until the matter is resolved.
• A receipt or invoice is issued for each completed transaction and is available on request through our official channels.
• If an obvious pricing or system error causes a Product to be listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it.

Orders and delivery

You will have the opportunity to review your order and correct input errors before payment. Confirming payment creates a binding order.

Delivery is normally immediate: your License Key and download become available in your dashboard, and any associated Discord role is assigned automatically. If delivery does not complete because of a technical fault on our side, contact us through an official channel and we will resolve it or refund the order in full.

Downloads are issued through short-lived, single-use links generated for your Account. Those links are personal to you and must not be shared or re-published.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Under the Saudi E-Commerce Law and its implementing regulations, a consumer may withdraw from a purchase within seven (7) days of the contract date — but this right does not apply to digital content that has already been supplied and used.

You remain entitled to a remedy in the following cases, and nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights:

• Defective Product — the Product does not function as described and we are unable to repair it within a reasonable period. We will repair, replace, or refund it.
• Mismatched Product — what you received materially differs from the product page description.
• Non-delivery — your License or download was never made available and we cannot resolve it.
• Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Where the fault is ours, we bear any payment-processing fees. A refund for any reason revokes the corresponding License: you must stop using the Product and delete all copies of it from your servers and backups.

The following are not grounds for a refund: buying the wrong Product, incompatibility you could have checked before purchase, a change of mind after activation, your server being closed or sold, conflicts caused by other resources you installed, or a suspension resulting from your breach of these Terms.

Raising a chargeback instead of contacting us first is treated as a breach and may result in immediate revocation of all your Licenses.

License terms

Subject to payment and continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable License to install and run the Product on the number of servers stated on the product page — by default, one (1) server.

IP binding

Your License Key locks to the IP address of the server that first validates it successfully. You may reset the Bound IP yourself from the dashboard, subject to a cooldown between resets shown in the dashboard at the time. Resetting the IP is free; repeated resets used to rotate a single License between servers are treated as abuse.

What you may not do with a License

• Sell, resell, rent, sublicense, gift, trade or otherwise transfer your License or License Key to anyone else.
• Share your License Key, download links or Product files with any third party, publicly or privately.
• Run a single-server License on more than one server at the same time, including test, staging or backup servers, unless the product page allows it.
• Use the Product as part of a service you sell to others, or on servers you do not own or operate, without our written permission.

Licenses do not expire unless the product page or your order states a subscription or time limit. Where a License is time-limited, access to updates, support and validation ends when it expires.

License validation and integrity checks

Our Products contact our license server to validate your License Key. This is a necessary protection measure, and by using a Product you consent to it. Validation involves:

• Checking that the License Key exists, is active, and has not expired or been revoked.
• Binding the key to your server's IP address, and rejecting validation from a different IP until the binding is reset.
• Verifying the integrity of the Product's manifest and protected files to detect tampering.
• Recording validation attempts — including IP address, timestamp and outcome — for security, abuse detection and support purposes.

If an integrity check shows that protected files have been modified, or if validation patterns indicate key sharing or circumvention, the Product may stop functioning and the License may be suspended pending review.

Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:

• Decrypt, deobfuscate, decompile, reverse engineer or attempt to recover the source of any protected Product, except to the limited extent such a restriction is unenforceable by law.
• Remove, disable, bypass or tamper with any license check, integrity check, watermark or copyright notice.
• Leak, publish, upload or redistribute a Product or any part of it — including to leak sites, file hosts, marketplaces or Discord servers.
• Create or distribute a derivative work, crack, patch or "unlocked" build of a Product.
• Use a Product for fraud, harassment, malware distribution, or any unlawful purpose.
• Attack, overload, scrape or attempt unauthorised access to the Store, dashboard, license server, bot or their infrastructure.
• Impersonate Venge or our staff, or misrepresent your relationship with us.

Breach of this section is a material breach. We may immediately suspend or terminate your Licenses and Account without refund, and may pursue the remedies available to us under Saudi law — including the Anti-Cyber Crime Law and the Copyright Law — and claim damages.

Support and updates

Support is provided through our official Discord for as long as the Product is offered, unless the product page states a defined support period. We aim to respond within a reasonable time; we do not guarantee a specific response time unless expressly agreed in writing.

Support covers installation, configuration and faults in the Product as supplied. It does not cover:

• Problems caused by your own edits to Product files, or by removing protection or license code.
• Conflicts with third-party resources, frameworks or custom code on your server.
• General server administration, hosting, database or unrelated framework issues.
• Custom development, feature requests or bespoke integration, which may be quoted separately.

Whether updates are free, paid or conditional is stated on each product page. We may discontinue a Product; if we do, your existing License continues under these Terms but new updates and support may end.

Your responsibilities

• Confirm compatibility before you buy, and read the product page and installation notes.
• Take a full backup of your server, resources and database before installing or updating anything.
• Keep your License Key, download links and Account credentials confidential.
• Ensure that anyone you give administrative access to your server complies with these Terms — you remain responsible for their actions.
• Use Products in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of the platforms they run on, including the FiveM / Cfx.re and Discord terms and policies.

Warranty and limitation of liability

We provide Products substantially as described on their product pages. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Products are provided "as is" without any further warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from all defects.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data, server downtime, loss of players, revenue or reputation arising from the use of a Product.
• Damage caused by your modification or misuse of a Product, or by failing to take backups.
• Conflicts with, or failures of, third-party resources, frameworks, hosting providers, Discord, FiveM or payment providers.
• Interruption of our services caused by outages, attacks or failures outside our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with a Product is limited to the amount you actually paid for that Product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property in the Store and the Products — including source code, scripts, designs, user interfaces, assets, text, the Venge name and logo — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by the Saudi Copyright Law and applicable international treaties.

A purchase grants you the License described in these Terms and nothing more. No ownership, source-code rights, resale rights or branding rights are transferred. You may not copy, publish, modify, translate, sublicense or distribute a Product, or remove any copyright, license or attribution notice, without our prior written consent.

Any feedback or suggestions you send us may be used to improve our Products without obligation or payment to you.

Promotions, discounts and redeem codes

• Offers and redeem codes are valid only for the period, products and conditions stated, and may not be combined unless we expressly allow it.
• Redeem codes are single-use unless stated otherwise, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded.
• Advertised discounts are calculated against a genuine prior selling price, in line with applicable pricing and advertising regulations.
• We may withdraw or amend an offer before it is used.
• Exploiting a bug, pricing error or code-generation flaw to obtain a discount or License you are not entitled to is a breach of these Terms, and the resulting License may be revoked without refund.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account, a specific License, or your access to support where:

• You breach these Terms, in particular the License terms or prohibited conduct sections.
• A payment is reversed, charged back or fails.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, key sharing, tampering or circumvention — in which case we may suspend temporarily while we investigate.
• We are required to do so by law or by a competent authority.

Where a suspension turns out to be unjustified, we will restore the License and, where appropriate, extend it to cover the lost period. On termination for breach, your right to use the Products ends immediately and you must delete all copies. You may stop using the Store at any time and request deletion of your Account, subject to records we must retain by law.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong, contact us first through an official channel with your order number, Discord tag and a clear description of the issue. We will review your complaint and respond within a reasonable period, and we will tell you the general reason for any decision affecting your Account or License.

Both parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute amicably before starting formal proceedings. Using our complaints process does not prevent you from escalating to the competent authorities — including the Ministry of Commerce for consumer and e-commerce matters, and the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) for personal-data matters.

Electronic communications

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically through your dashboard and Discord. Notices sent to the contact details registered on your Account are treated as validly delivered under the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law, so you must keep those details current.

Operational messages — order confirmations, license status, security alerts, support replies — are part of the service and are sent regardless of marketing preferences. Marketing messages are only sent with your prior explicit consent, and every one includes a way to unsubscribe.

Privacy and personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations. To operate the Store and protect our Products we process, among other things: your Discord ID and username, your order and License records, your server's IP address and license-validation logs, and support conversations.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. You have the right to be informed, to access your data, to obtain a copy, to correct it, to request deletion of data we no longer need, to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, and to complain to SDAIA.

Our Privacy Policy sets this out in full and forms part of these Terms. For data requests, contact us through an official channel.

Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war or civil unrest, government action, changes in law, failures of internet or power infrastructure, cyber-attacks, or outages at Discord, FiveM / Cfx.re, our hosting or our payment providers. Where such an event prevents delivery of a paid Product for a prolonged period, you may cancel the affected order for a full refund.

Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its "Last updated" date, and takes effect when published. Continued use of the Store or Products after that date constitutes acceptance.

Amendments do not affect orders already confirmed and paid, except where a change is required by law or is to your benefit. Where a change materially reduces your rights, we will give reasonable advance notice through our official channels.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts and judicial committees of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection available to you where you reside.

General provisions

• Severability — if any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions stay in full force.
• No waiver — our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment — you may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign them as part of a reorganisation or transfer of our business, without reducing your rights.
• Entire agreement — these Terms, together with the product pages, Privacy Policy and any written special terms, form the entire agreement between us.
• Language — these Terms are published in English and Arabic. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Arabic text prevails, in line with Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Headings — section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
